Introduction

Mind / Body / Soul is a holistic spread for checking in with yourself across multiple layers of experience. Instead of focusing on one problem, it helps you notice how your thoughts, physical state, and inner life interact and shape your day to day balance.

This spread is useful when you feel unsettled or off without a clear reason. By giving each area its own card, it can show where support is needed and what kind of adjustment is most helpful right now.

Instructions

  1. Set a gentle intention, such as, I want to understand what I need right now.

  2. Shuffle slowly and check in with yourself as you do.

  3. Cut the deck when you feel ready.

  4. Draw three cards and lay them out from left to right, Mind, Body, Soul.

  5. Read each card as a message from that aspect of yourself.

  6. Integrate the reading by noticing patterns across all three cards and naming one small action that supports alignment.

  7. Optional: write one supportive practice for each area, mind, body, and soul.
